What does the $9.99 membership include?
Access to Passport member offers at participating downtown Reno bars, plus eligible Secret Drops when available. Drinks are purchased separately at the bar at the listed member price. Membership renews monthly until canceled.
What are Passport credits?
Credits let you redeem eligible offers. They are not dollars or a prepaid drink balance, and an offer is not a free drink unless it specifically says so. Your Passport shows your available credits. Redeem up to 3 credits per bar, per night, and no more than 3 in one redemption.
How do I redeem an offer?
Open your Passport at the bar, choose that bar's offer, and tap Tap to Redeem. Check the offer and credit amount, then tap Show Bartender and show the successful confirmation. Only redeem when you are ready to use the offer.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Your Passport works on your phone in your browser. You can also add it to your home screen for faster access.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not renew.
Are Secret Drops guaranteed?
No. Secret Drops are occasional, limited rewards. Claim limits, timing, eligibility, and availability vary. Regular member offers are separate from Secret Drops.
